Dear Support Group/Charity
H.I.D.E is a new initiative which although was first introduced in late 2019, its further development was then unfortunately interrupted by COVID.
Thankfully we are once again in a position to re-establish, promote and put into effect this worthy enterprise.
H.I.D.E ‘s purpose is to ‘Promote and Raise awareness of Invisible illnesses and Disability’, through the organisation and execution of
‘End user’ exhibitions. With the primary aim to connect people and groups to nurture effective sharing of information, advice and
support. We would like to invite you to hold a ‘stand’ at our exhibition to raise awareness of your Group/Charity and the support you
can offer.
This exhibition will both provide an opportunity for you to network with likeminded people, support groups and charities, while
promoting your services to the public.
With your support we hope to make this exhibition a biannual event. We kindly ask that you support this initiative by giving a small
donation on the day toward costs.
Our ethos is to provide a welcoming event to the public where they can find or be sign posted to the support best suited to their
individual needs without financial pressures. Therefore we are asking all groups/charities, not to display donation tins or materials for
sale.
On this occasion, due to venue size we are limited to inviting only the groups/charities that reside within the TF and SY area codes.
